ATMC has upgraded its webmail service. This upgrade was necessary to bring you an improved look and to ensure that ATMC’s webmail portal stayed up-to-date with today’s technology. Your email address, password and username remain the same, and your messages and contacts have been moved to the new webmail platform.

Here are just some of the great features you’ll see:

  • Quicker download of files and attachments
  • A better display
  • Upgraded support for forwarding HTML email
  • An appearance and function much like Microsoft Outlook, which many people already use
To use the new interface, you must have a compatible web browser. These include Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 11. If you do not have the latest version of one of the browsers, we suggest you download the free upgrade using one of the links below. If you are using a version of Internet Explorer older than version 11, you will need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 11.

Q. Will I need a new email address, username or password?
A. No. Your email address, username and password will not change.
Q. Will I lose the emails currently in my In-Box and Saved Email folder?
A. You will not lose any of your emails. They will all be automatically moved to the new webmail interface.
Q. Will I lose my contacts?
A. No, you will not lose your contacts. They will be automatically moved to the new interface?
Q. Will I lose my saved files and calendar?
A. No, you will not lose your saved files or the information contained in your webmail calendar?
Q. I use an email client like Outlook or Outlook Express to manage my email.
Will this upgrade affect me?
A. No, It will not affect you. The upgrade only applies to customers who use the ATMC Webmail interface.
Q. Is my current Internet browser compatible with the new webmail interface?
A. The new webmail interface will work with the latest versions of Chrome, Safari and Firefox, as well as Internet Explorer 11. If you are using Internet Explorer version 7, 8 or 9, you will need to upgrade your web browser to Internet Explorer 11.
Q. How do I find out which version of Internet Explorer I am currently using?
A. Click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop. Once you are in Internet Explorer, click the ‘Tools’ or ‘Help’ drop-down menus to look for “About Internet Explorer” – the location of this option will depend on which version of the operating system you are using. Click “About Internet Explorer” to you which version you are currently using.
Q. I see that I need to update my browser. How do I do that?
A. Click on the appropriate link below for the free web browser you wish to use and follow the instructions.
Q. Will my login for ATMConline.com be affected?
A. No, your login for ATMC’s community portal will not be affected. It is the same as your webmail login, so it will not be impacted by this change.
Q. What should I do if I have trouble updating my browser?
A. Call our Communications Services Department toll-free at 866-951-4357 for assistance.
Q. Will my current whitelists (approved senders) and blacklists (blocked senders) import to the new webmail interface?
A. No, these lists will not carry over. You will need to rebuild the lists of approved and non-approved senders if you have created these lists for your existing webmail platform.
Q. Will my current rules for dictating which folders certain emails will move into be imported to the new webmail platform?
A. No, your rules will not transfer to the new webmail, but you will have the capability to re-build and set up new rules with the new program.
