Check Minutes Of Use
Check Your Minutes On Your Cell Phone.
- Call 910-755-1825. Listen to the recording and hang up.
- You will receive a text message with a breakdown of remaining
minutes for:
- monthly plan
- A-List
- night/weekend
- mobile to mobile
- Rollover
- If your plan includes any unlimited features, the report will indicate "UNL".
- The report will also show the last billing date and the billed amount.
- Depending on your messaging package subscription, your account may billed
for the text message containing your report. See below:
- No messaging package, using Pay-Per-Use* - 20˘ per text
message report
- Messaging Package with a limited amount of allowed messages - one
message of that package will be used per report. If you have exceeded
your allowed messages, a per-use charge of 20˘ per text message report
will be billed to your account.
- Messaging Unlimited which includes unlimited messages - no monetary or
message charge for the text report.
*If you do not receive a text message report within a
few minutes, it may indicate that your phone is not programmed to receive text messages.
Please visit one of our ATMC Wireless locations to have your phone programmed to receive text messages.
Check Your Minutes Online
- To check your wireless minutes online, you must first register a username
and password for myATMC, ATMC's online payment and account management site.
Register by calling our Customer Service Center at 910-754-4311 or visiting
any ATMC Wireless retail store.
- Once you have registered, you may click the "Pay Online@myATMC"
link located at the top right of each atmc.net website page. A link to
myATMC also appears in the Wireless section of our website under “Wireless Support”.
- Enter your username and password at the myATMC login
page.
- On the Equipment and Services page, click "Wireless Usage Meter"
to receive your wireless minutes report.
- At myATMC you may also make changes to your A-List list,
review your bill statement and make a payment online.
