• Call 910-755-1825. Listen to the recording and hang up.

• You will receive a text message with a breakdown of remaining minutes for:
• monthly plan
• my10 plan
• night/weekend
• mobile to mobile
• Rollover

• If your plan includes any unlimited features, the report will indicate "UNL".
• The report will also show the last billing date and the billed amount.
• Depending on your messaging package subscription, your account may billed for the text message report. See below:
• No messaging package, using Pay-Per-Use* - 20¢ per text message report
• Messaging Starter Package with 200 allowed messages - one message of that package will be used per report. If you have exceeded your 200 allowed minutes, a per-use charge of 20¢ per text message report will be billed to your account.
• Messaging Mania with unlimited messages - no monetary or minute charge for the text report.
*If you do not receive a text message report within a few minutes, it may indicate that your phone is not programmed to receive text messages. Please visit one of our ATMC Wireless locations to have your phone programmed to receive text messages.

Check Your Minutes Online

• To check your wireless minutes online, you must first register a username and password for myATMC, ATMC's online payment and account management site. Register by calling our Customer Service Center at 910-754-4311 or visiting any ATMC Wireless retail store.
• Once you have registered, you may click the "Pay Online@myATMC" link located at the top right of each atmc.net website page.
• Enter your username and password at the myATMC login page.
• On the Equipment and Services page, click "Wireless Usage Meter" to receive your wireless minutes report.
• At myATMC you may also make changes to your A-List list, review your bill statement and make a payment online.

ATMC Wireless Coverage Area Map

Your phone's display does not indicate the rate you will be charged. Please review your coverage map for areas included in and out of plan. Map depicts an approximation of outdoor coverage. Map may include areas served by unaffiliated carriers and may depict their licensed areas rather than an approximation of the coverage. Actual coverage area may differ substantially from map graphics, and coverage may be affected by such things as terrain, weather, foliage, buildings and other construction, signal strength, customer equipment and other factors. ATMC Wireless does not guarantee coverage. Charges will be based on the location of the site receiving and transmitting the call, not the location of the subscriber. Future coverage, if depicted above, is based on current planning assumptions but is subject to change. As a partner on the AT&T Wireless network, a GSM handset is required.

Terms and Conditions for ATMC Wireless Unlimited Bundles and Nation Plans

Unlimited Voice Services: Unlimited voice services are provided solely for live dialog between two individuals. Offer valid only within the U.S. Unlimited voice services may not be used for conference calling, call forwarding, monitoring services, data transmissions, transmission of broadcasts, transmission of recorded material, interconnection to other networks, or other connections which do not consist of uninterrupted live dialog between two individuals. If ATMC finds that you are using an unlimited voice service offering for other than live dialog between two individuals, ATMC may, at its option, terminate your service or change your plan to one with no unlimited usage components. ATMC will provide notice that it intends to take any of the above actions, and you may terminate the agreement. Accumulated Rollover Minutes will immediately expire upon changing to the Unlimited Calling plan. Employee and other discounts will not apply. Off-net Usage: If your minutes of use (including unlimited services) on other carriers' networks (off-net usage) during any two consecutive months exceed your off-net usage allowance, ATMC Wireless may at its option terminate your service, deny your continued use of other carriers' coverage, or change your plan to one imposing usage charges for off-net usage. Your off-net usage allowance is equal to the lesser of 750 minutes or 40% of the Monthly Plan Minutes included with your plan. ATMC Wireless will provide notices if it intends to take any of the above actions, and you may terminate the agreement.
DataPro 2 GB and DataPlus 200 MB Data: Includes access to the Internet for personal use purposes only on a cell phone, iPhone, BlackBerry or Smartphone. Charges incurred while on websites, downloading content, etc. are not included and will be billed to the subscriber's monthly statement. International data usage is not included. Smartphone/BlackBerry plans may ONLY be used with AT&T-certified RIM BlackBerry devices, and smartphones for the following purposes: (i) Internet browsing; (ii) email; and (iii) intranet access (including access to corporate intranets, email, and individual productivity applications like customer relationship management, sales force, and field service automation). Data Services sold for use with AT&T RIM BlackBerry devices, iPhones and smartphones may not be used with other devices, including but not limited to, Personal Computers, PC Data Cards and the like, either by tethering devices together, by SIM card transfer or any other means.
Unlimited Data: Includes unlimited access to the Internet for personal use purposes only on a Basic or Quick-Messaging phone. Charges incurred while on websites, downloading content, etc. are not included and will be billed to the subscriber's monthly statement. International data usage is not included. Unlimited Text, Instant Messaging and Picture/Video Messaging: Intended for personal use only. Messages are limited to 160 characters per message. International messages sent from the U.S. or sent while roaming internationally are not included in this plan.
Talk Unlimited: Talk Unlimited or Talk Unlimited for Families requires bundling of at least one other ATMC service. Talk Unlimited & Wireless Unlimited Bundles: Subscribers must have a mailing address within Brunswick County, NC. Subscribers are not eligible for a $5 Go Blue Bundle discount. ATMC Wireless reserves the right to cancel this plan at any time.
All voice plans: All prices are billed monthly and are valid for use in the U.S. New one- or two-year service agreement may be required. An activation fee of up to $36 per line may apply. Plans may include A-List, but not a combination of both. ATMC Wireless also imposes monthly a Regulatory Cost Recovery Charge of up to $1.25 to help defray costs incurred in complying with State and Federal telecom regulations; State and Federal Universal Service Charges; and surcharges for customer-based and revenue-based state and local assessments on ATMC Wireless. These are not taxes or government-required charges. Rollover Minutes start accumulating with your second bill cycle. A-List For Nation Family Plans: A-List applies to ten numbers per account, which must be shared among all lines on the primary account. Available to new and existing customers on current select rate plans $59.99/mo & higher. Not available on prepaid plans. Customer may not designate own wireless or voice mail number, Directory Assistance, Toll Free numbers or 900 numbers as any of the ten available numbers. Calls must begin & end in your plan's calling area. Designated numbers must be within the U.S. Only designated numbers at the end of the monthly billing cycle will be eligible for exemption from Anytime minutes. Program may be discontinued at the discretion of ATMC Wireless.
